<p>Well, that would be true if we were looking for the difference in time.
</p><p>However, we also measure angles with time, where each degree = 4 minutes (if I remember correctly.) So I can still say that we're 11 hours apart with reference to angle. =D

</p><p>.: 1 degree = (24 x 60) / 360 = 4 minutes, correct. =D
