Capia is the capital of Elyne. It is located in the middle of the west coast of the country, and has a strong reliance on the shipping trade. The Elyne court is centred in Capia, and the city also houses The Great Library which is run by Librarian Irand with the help of the scholar Tayend of Tremmelin.
