Skellin is a new Thief who took after Faren. He is Faren's adopted son and heir, his mother is Lorandra. He comes from Igra. He brought roet from Igra and is the main source of the product.

Skellin recruits the help of Cery to help find the Thief Hunter who is killing off Thieves one by one. Cery and Skellin had many meetings to discuss ways to capture the Thief Hunter and Skellin also tried to make Cery become a roet dealer. Skellin and Lorandra tried to deceive Sonea by putting Forlie in Lorandra's place.

When Lorandra escaped from the Lookout, with Lilia's help, she took Lilia to Skellin, with the pretext that he would help her by locating Naki, but they really sought to learn Black Magic from her. After Lilia escaped with Anyi's help, Lilia found that Naki was actually working for Skellin.

Cery, Anyi and Gol were hiding in the Passages under the Guild when Skellin appeared, they were not prepared to fight him, as the trap they had set for him failed. Skellin harmed Gol, kidnpped Anyi and Cery died from a heart-attack. Later Lilia went to rescue Anyi from Skellin and managed to kill him by striking him with magic and draining him of power afterwards.
