Tireel is a Siyee from the Green Lake Tribe. He was one of the two ambassadors who went to Jarime in order to negotiate an alliance with the White. His partner was Zeeriz, of the Fork River Tribe.

Auraya gave Tireel her link ring before the war, in order for him to spy on the Pentadrian army from the sky and send the sightings to the White. Tireel was the Siyee leading this operation. After seeing the Pentadrians for some time, he decided he needed to take a closer look. As a result, Genza noticed him and sent her birds to attack. His team dispersed and he was left alone to fight the birds, which, after some pursuit captured him and sent him to the ground. There he was captured by Genza who took his ring off. Auraya was able to see into Genza's thoughts just for a second before she realised what the ring was and destroyed it. Tireel's body was found some days after, near the road.
